Automobile chassis assembly line
The automobile chassis assembly line is a key link in automobile manufacturing, focusing on precision machining and modular assembly of chassis assemblies. It is based on high-strength steel or aluminum alloy, and integrates hundreds of components such as chassis frame, suspension, transmission, and braking through automated equipment and standardized processes. It not only ensures the rigidity and accuracy of the chassis, but also adapts to the needs of fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles directly determine the safety, handling and comfort of vehicles.
Frame processing: After CNC cutting, stamping and shaping, laser welding/arc welding splicing is completed by a robot. The weld strength and size accuracy are strictly controlled, and then corrosion resistance is improved through phosphating and electrophoresis treatment. Modular assembly: The subsystems are equipped with transmission (engine/motor, gearbox), suspension (spring, shock absorber), braking and steering systems, and precision tooling and code scanning are used to prevent errors to ensure accurate assembly of components. Full-dimensional inspection: The size accuracy is verified through 3D measurement, the dynamic performance is tested through a simulated test bench, and the battery pack sealing and electromagnetic compatibility verification are additionally carried out for new energy vehicles to eliminate potential safety hazards.
Heavy-duty automated production: Heavy-duty robots and AGV heavy-duty conveying lines are used to be responsible for lifting and precise transfer of large pieces, replacing manual handling, and improving efficiency significantly. Flexible adaptation of multiple models: Through rapid replacement tooling and parametric adjustment of the MES system, a single line can be compatible with the production of multiple chassis such as cars, SUVs, and new energy vehicles, and can be adapted to small batches and multiple varieties of orders. Digital full-process traceability: Key components are assigned unique traceability codes, and processing, assembly, and inspection data are recorded to facilitate quality traceability and process optimization, and the defective rate is controlled to a very low level.
The assembly line shortens the manufacturing cycle through efficient production, ensures chassis rigidity and assembly accuracy with precision processes, so that energy can be effectively dispersed during vehicle collisions and vibration attenuation on bumpy roads can be more obvious. At the same time, it adapts to the special layout needs of new energy vehicles and provides safety and control of the entire vehicle. Build a solid foundation for comfort and comfort experience.
